Our Straight Rye Whiskey breaks tradition, finishing in toasted, French Oak barrels air-dried in the low-lying mountain region of Vosges, France. The result: a smoother, more refined rye, with notes of pepper, vanilla, and coriander balanced by a touch of sweetness.
